​APPOINTMENT POLICY

We reserve our time especially for you. We are excited every day to serve your wellness needs, but unexpected events occasionally happen.

24 hour Cancellation

Please inform us 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule.

There is $25 fee for missed appointment / same day canceled appointment.

No Show /  No Call

You'll receive a text reminder and email for your appointment, in the event that

you miss an appointment without notice you will be required to prepay for your next session.

​

Reservation Deposit

A $25 deposit will be required for appointments made over the phone.

Pay the remaining balance at the time of service.

Online booking and prepaid services are available for most services.

Late Arrivals

Your session may be shortened if you are more than 10 min late,

Treatment costs are not discounted for late arrivals

Gift Certificates

Elements of Health honors your gift certificates

If it is more than one year, the value of the gift will be honored,

as prices may change and services may differ.
